NEW HIRE
QUALIFICATION TESTING

At Analytic Stress, we want you to have full confidence in the skills, experience, and qualifications of every individual who sets foot on your jobsite. To verify the technical knowledge and experience of every new employee including; part-time, freelance, or seasonal workers, Analytic Stress conducts New Hire Qualification Testing. The goal of this specific, in-depth examination is to verify each employee's qualifications and identify their skill level. Following the initial exam, new hires are required to take the corresponding technician level training and testing to establish their certification. All testing takes place in a proctored setting and records are documented to provide proof that individuals have the knowledge, understanding and qualifications for their assigned positions.

CRAFT-SPECIFIC
SAFETY TRAINING

In addition to standard industry safety training, our employees receive further instruction specific to our craft to guarantee we have the knowledge and skill necessary to complete your job in the safest, most efficient manner possible. The Analytic Stress Safety Training Program was created, designed, and developed by our Corporate Safety Management Team for our specific industry and craft. All courses are designed and based on policies and procedures within our EH&S manual, concentrated on hazards specific to our business. All employees are required to be trained and tested prior to assignment on any project.

TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATIONS

Because there is no industry standard for certification in our line of work, our team has worked tirelessly to establish technician
certifications that guarantee the skills and experience necessary to complete any job safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism.
Our Corporate Training Manager oversees and approves all training materials, procedures, and updates of the certification program to ensure
compliance with current policies, regulatory codes, and industry standards. We also require and provide equipment endorsements that ensure
only the most qualified individuals are operating and maintaining our equipment. These equipment endorsement course criteria include forklift and
mobile crane operation and PLC time/temperature recorder calibration.

PROGRAM

FIRST AID, CPR &
AED TRAINING

Analytic Stress is committed to the wellbeing of our
employees. As part of that commitment, designated field
technicians and supervisors receive certified training
in recognizing and responding to first-aid emergencies,
including CPR and the use of an AED.

DOCUMENTED
TRAINING RECORDS

When it comes to proof of training, testing, and record retention, the Analytic Stress system is second to none. Each employee has an electronic personal training file where every course, test score, and certification is stored for easy access and verification.

Corporate Training Manager

Joe Grant is ASRI's Corporate Training Manager based in Houston, Texas. Joe has been with Analytic Stress since 2015 and has 35 years of experience specializing in the preheat and stress relieving heat-treatment services. Certified as a John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Joe has led the Analytic Stress team in developing an industry-specific training and testing curriculum with a system of records and objective proof of learning that provides a standard for the future of the industry. Joe believes that knowledge is our most powerful engine of production.
