COMPLIANT QMS

To ensure we consistently meet the highest standards in quality control, the Analytic Stress Quality Management System (QMS) is ISO 9001-compliant while incorporating craft-specific standards for the heat-treatment industry. Our quality control manual addresses activities specific to processes provided by Analytic Stress, ensuring we not only exceed industry requirements, but we also develop and maintain those standards throughout the company.

INTERNAL & SITE
AUDIT PROGRAM

At Analytic Stress, we believe audits are critical for understanding what is happening on the jobsite and for ensuring continual improvement in quality, efficiency, and professionalism. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations at each stage of a project. Our Internal Quality Audits are based on our QMS standards and policies and are communicated directly to senior and middle management. Our Site Audit Team is devoted to evaluating craftspecific processes which are reported directly back to the ASRI QM Director, evaluated, and reviewed directly with District Operational Management. This allows Analytic Stress to maintain a direct line of communications to process personnel and management, while providing clientele on-site the opportunity to provide immediate feedback.

MANAGEMENT
INCIDENT REPORTING

Analytic Stress takes a top-down approach to quality control and safety. With our online, real-time management incident reporting, we guarantee that everyone from the President to field staff is informed of incidents on the project. Reports include all associated documents, interviews and any client comments or requests. This reporting is mandatory within the company and ensures all management and operational personnel are aware of any quality issues and can take any necessary mitigation in preventing or resolving the issue.

ANNUAL MANAGEMENT
SUMMARY REVIEWS

Each year, Analytic Stress conducts an Annual Management Team review of the QMS program to evaluate its effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. The Quality Management Director collaborates with the President and departmental representatives to evaluate quality control data collected over the past year to determine recommended actions and objectives to better meet customer requirements and expectations. Continuous improvement is part of who we are, and we take seriously our goal to be the most trustworthy, reliable, and talented on and off-site heat treatment contractor in the industry.
